• WLAC Athletes Qualify for ACT Schools Team!
  • Congratulations to the following WLAC athletes who have been selected to represent the ACT at the School Sport Australia Championships:

    Kolya Cook, Callum McGill, Daniel Hearle, Isobel Clark, Shannon Nutt, Rachel Alchin, Lillian Van Ewyk, Olivia Fogarty, Melanie Lane and Leila Basic

    It should also be noted that Woden has 10 of the 59 athletes selected. We are very proud of our athletes and wish them all the best at the Championships.

• No Training on Thursday 29th October 2009
  • Please note, there will not be any training on Thursday 29th October 2009 as there are no coaches available due to other commitments.

• Orientation Day
  • Thankyou to all who attended the orientation day. It was a great chance for parents new and old to learn about how little athletics is run and how parents can participate. We look forward to seeing you all next week where you can put your new found skills into practise.

• New Season about to begin!
  • The 2009/10 season begins on Saturday 10th October with a special orientation format. Parents can learn how each event works, including how to measure correctly.

    We look forward to meeting all the new children and their parents. Don't forget a hat and water bottle.
